How do I mark the items I want to order?

On the right side of the article, you select the appropriate size, which you confirm by clicking on "Size", then by clicking on the "Add to basket" option, you select the selected items.

Where are the items I selected?

All the items you have added to the basket are located in the upper right corner and you can access them by clicking on the recognizable basket icon.

How do I delete items from the cart?

Delete items from the basket by clicking on the "x" on the left side of the basket.

How do I choose a delivery address and payment method?

You choose the address and payment method in the second step of the purchase. When you enter the basket by clicking on "Continue payment", the fields with your data will open, as well as the option to pay by "Debit card" or "Payment card". You can pay by payment cards with Visa, MasterCard and Dina through Raiffeisen Bank.

How much are the shipping costs?l

Shipping costs are free.

When can I expect the shipment to be delivered?

You can expect delivery within 5-10 working days from the moment of order confirmation by phone or e-mail.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel the order by sending an email to office@mokos.rs before receiving an email confirming that the order has been packed and sent. Otherwise, you have the option of returning the item.

How do I exchange an item/size?

You can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the goods. Merchandise exchange refers to size exchange or model exchange. In case of exchange, you send us the goods together with the completed Exchange Form, which you can download here.

In case of exchange, you should return the goods without damage and signs that the goods have been used. Otherwise, we are not obliged to make a replacement. Replacement costs are borne by the buyer.

You send us the goods together with a completed Declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement.

What are the return conditions?

You can return items within 14 days of receiving the goods. In the case of a return, you need to complete the Contract Waiver, which you can download here, and send it along with the item you are returning. You must return the goods without damage and signs that the goods have been used. Otherwise, we are not obliged to return the received amount of the purchase price. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

How do I make a claim?

In the case of a complaint, you send us the item with a completed Product Complaint Form, which you can download here. You can check more detailed information about the conditions of complaints in the General conditions of online shopping.

How can I order an item according to my measurements?

If you want a personalized model tailored to your measurements, select the Custom Made option for each item in the "Size" field. Send us the size chart with your measurements to e-mail: office@mokos.rs, contact us at +381 64 821 5138 or visit us at our studio at Mileševska 35/3 in Belgrade.

Custom made orders cannot be changed or canceled once the production process has started.

Where can I try Mokoš models?

You can try the models at the Mokoš studio at the address Mileševska 35/3 in Belgrade and Jugoviceva 4 in Pozarevac.
