You can cancel the order by sending an email to office@mokos.rs before receiving an email confirming that the order has been packed and sent. Otherwise, you have the option of returning the item.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>

You can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the goods. Merchandise exchange refers to size exchange or model exchange. In case of exchange, you send us the goods together with the completed Exchange Form, which you can download here.<\/strong><\/p>

In case of exchange, you should return the goods without damage and signs that the goods have been used. Otherwise, we are not obliged to make a replacement. Replacement costs are borne by the buyer.<\/p>
